To make some quotations, the Parma cold cuts, the Bresciani cheeses such as Tremosine and Bagòss, the jams of our production, the first local dishes of the territory such as the Capünsei of Solferino and the tortelli al Bagòss (originally from Bagolino BS) and the pasta home-made by the expert hands of mother Anna, among the main courses, the oil-based beef with polenta, fish and Italian gray meat prepared by chef Andrea and then, last but not least, desserts all homemade.
